The initial contact with the staff was friendly! The location offered convenience, being close to public transport. I appreciated the kitchenette for simple meal prep, as it helped save time during my short stay. However, I did notice the halls were not well maintained, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Ford's Theater and the Smithsonian's National Zoo, both awesome spots. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals and hanging out. Just be aware of potential plumbing issues in the bathrooms, nothing too major though. Overall, great value for the area!

A friendly staff member rebooked my first night's reservation promptly after some staff shortages caused check-in debacles. Unfortunately, the room I was given was not cleaned properly, with dust under the bed and a panty found behind the couch. The grab-and-go breakfast fell short, providing only minimal options and no coffee. I appreciated the staff's attempt to resolve issues, but there were significant cleanliness and service problems throughout my stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The beautiful studio with a king bed was spacious and comfortable. It had a stove and refrigerator for convenience. The location was great for my needs, and the coffee in the morning was decent. 👍
